Ingredients
  • 3 large Sunny Queen Farms eggs
  • 1 heaped tablespoon cheddar cheese
  • Fine chopped parsley or fine sliced green onion
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • Waffle maker
Method
  • Step 1.

    Pre-heat waffle maker to medium heat

  • Step 2.

    Whisk together eggs with seasoning – add cheese and greens

  • Step 3.

    Pour mix into hot waffle maker – covering evenly and cook for about 3 minutes or until cooked through
